I want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, contact me within 30 days of delivery.
•    Item must be returned in new, unworn condition. 
•    Please contact me before returning an item. 
•    Once the return is approved, Sugly will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 
•    Original item must be returned before a refund is issued. 
•    Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. 
•    Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return. 

1-Year Sugly Jewelry Warranty
All Sugly jewelry includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in craftsmanship and hardware.
•    Original item must be returned for evaluation. 
•    One repair or replacement will be provided at Sugly's discretion. 
•    If original materials are unavailable, a similar item of equal value may be substituted. 
•    Customer is responsible for shipping the item to Sugly for warranty claims. Sugly covers return shipping.
