Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns but offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Sugly LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient within our products. A complete list of ingredients for each product is provided on our website. Persons with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredients should not use the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours (3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours (3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
